Most teens walk around half present, their minds fogged with exhaustion. Then they wonder why their grades slip even when they study, or why they fail to reach their athletic goals.
Start Your Morning With Real Fuel
The first mistake many teens make happens within minutes of waking up. They skip breakfast or grab something sugary because it is fast. When your body has been fasting all night, it needs steady fuel. If you skip food, your energy crashes early. If you choose a sugary breakfast, you feel alert for a short burst and then hit a wall.
A simple breakfast with protein, slow carbs, and healthy fats changes everything. It keeps your blood sugar stable and gives your brain long-lasting energy. Greek yogurt with fruit, eggs with vegetables, or oatmeal with protein powder are easy options that set you up for a strong day.
Fix Your Sleep Schedule With Consistency
Almost every teen struggles with sleep. It is not always about the number of hours. The bigger issue is inconsistency. Going to bed at different times every night confuses your internal clock.
